At our newest dining event, Whiskey Social, enjoy a custom menu created by our Executive Chef featuring three whiskeys paired with a three course meal. This event will start with a brief overview of the history of whiskey, how it's made, and proper tasting techniques. Course 2: Grilled prime NY strip with red wine demi glaze and cracked pepper thyme butter served with roasted carrot puree and escalloped potatoes.
